Here's the plan...

I have tons of homework to do. To be honest, I am procrastinating by typing this. I have a ten page paper, a five page paper, three accounting assignments, a case study (three to four pages), 100 quizzes, 20 online tests, 5 online exams, extra credit surveys, AAUW meetings, and final exams in four classes. Then I have work. :( I have to get half of that done this week because my boyfriend said he would come visit me if I did. :) So I have to!!

I really miss him and I really want him to come. Plus, my roommate is having her ex come up and some friend and maybe her new boytoy. I just don't want to be around all that. ICK!

To help me 'de-stress' I want to do my nails in a holiday way! I haven't decided what though. I'll get back to you on that.... With pictures.

Ugh, I cannot stop Drake's "Marvin's Room" from continuously replaying in my head. I'm loving Drake's voice this week. Almost addicted...

Anxiety

I have this nagging feeling that I'm missing a deadline. I truly hate it. Right now we are on a break from school until Monday and I cannot thoroughly enjoy myself because I just have this sense of dread taht I'm forgetting someting.

Hopefully I can get pass it.

I just finished doing my accounting homework which is due on Friday. Yay for not doing it the morning it is due! :) I feel quite please with myself.

On Tuesday I want to the school's casino night. It was a learning experience. I went with Patricia. We ate at Johnny Rockets first and then went over. They had food there! Dang it! I missed out on a free dinner night. I'll have to remember that for next time. The night ended with an auction for all kinds of prizes including a Wii and an iPad. I used to not care for iPads, but now that some book publishers are coming out with study material apps for iPads I want one! Haha. I'm so fickle!

I'm still working on my schedule for Spring Semester. I was going to try and do only Tuesday and Thursday, but I realized that regardless of what days I have class, I'll still have to work sometime. So, by only going to classes on Tuesday and Thursday that means I'll be swamped those days because all the tests and homework due dates will fall on those two days. Spencer helped me decide that I should at least do Monday through Thursday and then I can try and keep my Friday off from everything.

It is 4:00am! I'm tired, but I just don't want to go to bed! I have work tomorrow though, so I really should go. However, here are some more pictures of nails that I haven't posted.

Another Catch-Up Post

Last weekend was great!
Spencer came down to Stillwater and we celebrated our third anniversary... again. The first time was a bit awkward simply because we weren't alone at any given moment.

He came down on Friday and we went and watched The Immortals. It was good and I loved seeing all the muscular men. ;) He also surprised me with a letter AND a giant bag of chocolate. Considering it was that 'time of the month,' he's a smart boy. :) We hurried back to campus after the movie so that we could get Spencer a pizza from Oregano's. He loves their pizzas. It was there that I did my good deed of the day, I bought some kid's food because his card said it was out of money.

On Saturday we went to the Tulsa Mall, it was a bit boring. We got two new CDs from that shady music booth. I got White Boy Wasted which has Eminem (the guy pulled us in because I was wearing my Eminem shirt) and Yelawolf. Spencer got something else.... I don't really remember what it was though. Haha, lame I know. Then we got our Chinese food from the 'Japanese' restaurant at the foodcourt which is ALWAYS so yummy.

After the mall we went to Laser Quest! Woo! :) The first game I got second place, the second game I got ninth. The second game was really lame though. It was me and Spencer against this group of boys. Spencer got so ticked off that he literally walked out of the game. It was super annoying, not him but the way the game went. The boys kept pushing and grabbing my gun. The first game was much more enjoyable.

One thing I've noticed is that Spencer is getting way better about driving in areas that he is not used to. He isn't freaking out so much and he doesn't let it bother him so much if we don't know exactly where we are going. It made the drive a lot less stressful.

We came back and ate pizza rolls and watched Misfits. That show is so incredibly hilarious. I absolutely loved it. I watched the first two seasons over this weekend. Spencer and I just laid in bed and cracked up all night. I read somewhere that America is going to remake it and try it out in the US. I don't think it'll work out. The show is very very inappropriate. I think the same problems that came with Skins will also occur if they try to American-ize Misfits. :( Why mess with a good thing? Haha.

Sunday Spencer and I went and ate at Sirloin Stockade. They always have such poor service. We literally had to get up and get our own drinks. We didn't even leave a tip. It made me feel criminal, but honestly the woman never checked on us. So, she really doesn't deserve it. Afterwards we went to Hastings and then Wal-Mart. Spencer left around one in the morning. :( I miss him.

We also found out that we won't be celebrating Thanksgiving with his family. Not how they usually do it, at least. Usually it is all of his family... Great grandparents, grandparents, his family (mom, dad, junior, jason, sasha, shelby), his aunt's family (her, her husband, her five kids), and then sometimes his uncles come with their wives and children (so sometimes an additional three to eight people). It is usually a huge get together, but I guess his grandparents are going on a cruise so that isn't happening. I'm a little sad. Hopefully I can get Spencer some of our Thanksgiving dinner. He'll be at work by the time my family celebrates.

The first one, candy corn, didn't last too long. So, for the second I added a mustache to the thumb for No-Shave November.

I saw Tony Blair, the former Prime Minister of Great Britain yesterday. He was very humorous and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed it. His accent was a plus, too. :)

Last weekend I saw Paranormal Activity 3 with Spencer, Sasha, and Shelby. It was mediocre, but thinking back on it I realize that they are ALL mediocre. So, I suppose that that shouldn't be a surprise. We also went to the 13th Ward which was a spook walk.

Today is the 1st of November though. I need to start focusing on school and health. This week I am going to a wedding. So, yay! Haha, it'll be my first wedding except they aren't doing it the traditional way. So, I'll still be kind of clueless when it comes to that. :/ Oh well.

Today my plan is to study for my accounting test tomorrow and clean my room. That's about it really.

Today I took care of some of my homework stuff. Yay. I think I might get ahead tonight and do some more homework. I really should work ahead of schedule especially since I might not have internet at Spencer's right off that bat. I need to make sure that that won't kill my grades. Right now I have a 113 in my geography class. The class is really interesting. It makes me dream like crazy though. I want to help all the underdeveloped countries in Africa and learn Mandarin Chinese or move to Japan. Haha. :) I know... Chinese and Japanese are different, but yeah...

I just made a playlist for my boyfriend. So, when he comes I will download it on to his iPod and when he listens to it, he'll think of me. :) That's the plan anyway.

My dad wants me to clean the dining room. I don't know why he is being so adament that I do it. Actually, it is kind of bothering me. It isn't my mess. It is mom's and my sister's stuff. o.O He keeps giving me little suggestions of what to do with my free time and they all involve cleaning the dining room. Whatever.

I painted my nails today. They look lovely!

Also, did I mention that my mom got the cat a catnip plant? He loved it at first. I think he got a little sick of it though. Hopefully it keeps him out of her garden though. Haha, here's some pictures:

Preparing for the weekend

Today I had an unusually busy day... As far as my days are concerned.

I went to the pool and tanned, read my geography chapter, cleaned the living room, did dishes, and cleaned the kitchen. I still need to clean the refridgerator though. That will be on my to-do list for tomorrow.

I also got some new books from the library the other day. Yay! :) I got a couple self-help books, one audio book, and one book that I've been dying to read for a while- Matched.

My mom got to learn how to use a cell phone today. Yay! Haha, she was so cute because she got all excited when a text came in or whatever. I think she get used to it very quickly.

Spencer also said that he got Sunday off to go rafting with my family. I'm super excited now. I'm happy that he will be able to get away from his two jobs. He definitely needs a break from all the crap they are putting him through at this time.

Right now I'm about to work on some more geography homework, so I should probably focus.

I'm here without you baby.

I miss Chico so much! I wish I were with him right now! I know that he needs the company and support right now and I just want to be there for him. The best I can offer him is infrequent phone calls. :(

So, in my downtime I've haven't been doing much. I watched a full season of a Korean drama called Coffee Prince. I'm glad that some people take the time to add subtitles to shows like that. I loved the show! It made me want to be a hard little worker like Eun-Chan. Plus, I just think some boys are so cute! :) Don't tell Chico! Haha.

Hmm, a few weeks ago Chico and I got into a huge argument. We are better now, perhaps because of it. A lot of issues got taken care of. Anyway, that same day during my tear-filled pity party I got my package from E.L.F.! Yay! I haven't used everything yet, but I have used some of it. I love it, but I am not letting myself buy any more... Which is so hard. I keep getting their offers in my e-mail. Ugh! I have no money! Here's the stuff:

That same day my friend texted me, wanting to hang out. My parents all but kicked me out of the house so that I would stop moping about. My mom and aunt gave me some money. Soooo... I bought a shirt and a pair of capris:

Plus, that day I got a new wallet, bright bangles, and some earrings. I don't have those pictures though because my boyfriend has my camera and he's two hours away. :(

You might not be able to tell at first glance but my thumb has a sea horse, then a butterfly, a turtle, a cow, and then paw prints. The turtle came out the worst. I definitely need to buy some darker green polish.

Well, I really just wanted to update since it has been awhile. I find myself procrastinating because I don't do much, but I guess I should change that, huh?

Today I...

Played the Wii and watched a movie with my little sister. We played Mario Party 8 and she totally dominated. I mean she seriously won ALL of the stars. I felt a tad bit pitiful. :( Haha, then we cleaned up the house a little bit... Well, just my/her room, the living room and a bit of the dining room.

Then her and I watched Gulliver's Travels with Jack Black in it. I liked it. I mean, it was totally predictable, but it wasn't scary or sad. Haha. I needed a good happy movie! Cathlene had already saw it with my dad so she wasn't mad when I guessed everything out loud before it happened.

While 'cleaning' the dining room I went through some of the boxes of my clothes. Now I'll have more than a few shirts to pick from and I don't have to go crazy searching for underwear. That's a plus, right? Right now I'm going through the process of washing all my clothes. I don't know where I'm going to store it all, but I'll figure something out. Hopefully.

I also watched some videos of people clothing hauls, make-up hauls, and storage solutions. This made me want to think of cute ways to decorate my dorm come fall. I really like this bedding from Wal-Mart, but they don't have it in xl twin so I might buy it in a full size and just suck it up when it doesn't really fit.

Sorry the picture is kind of blurry. I cannot seem to be able to get a bigger, clear picture of the bedding. I'm so excited to move back into the dorm though! I just want to decorate! Haha. :)

I did my nails again, I'll update with pictures of that later. Oh, I also did some extra credit for my online Geography class. :) Starting off on the right foot. Heck yes. The class officially starts at 8:00AM today... So there are still about six more hours until I am an official student, but whatev!

I need to go change the loads of laundry and maybe clean the kitchen and go through some more clothes. I should go to bed because my Aunt Mellissa is coming tomorrow, but I'm a bit of a night owl lol.

First Post- Nails and Seventeen!

This is my first post! Woo-hoo! I guess I'll just jump right in!

First of all I'm super excited because I just got a free one year subscription to Seventeen magazine! I do a program call e-rewards where I take surveys and am awarded points. I saved up enough to get Seventeen! Next on my list is gettin a subscription so Shape. I'm super happy that doing the program has actually paid off. Now I don't have to feel bad about feeding my magazine fetish.

Next on my agenda- Nails!

 I do my own nails quite frequently. It saves me tons of money and makes me feel a bit more confident. I would be lying if I said that I don't appreciate the compliments that I get as well. However, it is obvious that my friends don't get their nails done frequently or else they wouldn't be so impressed with my freehanding skills. I do okay for free-handing, but I'm going to try to do things a bit more professionally. I JUST purchased a nail stamper/ scraper and a set of nail plates from amazon.com. They should be arriving no later than June 9th. I'm so excited! I can't wait to try out my new sparkly green nail polish on them!
